An Uncommon Story of a Common Girl

Aara had an awkward inferiority complex in her. Although she looked good, was intelligent, had a good sense of humor, had lots and lots of friends, was praised by almost every teacher and acquaintances, but she was just afraid of letting out her emotions. She was afraid if she commits a mistake. She didn’t know then that mistakes are the vital part of our lives. As she was taught from starting that mistakes are for losers, and that she had to be perfect in front of everyone. So she got moulded that way. She never showed her inner potentials and abilities. But being with Pranav she learned a lot, and now she started participating in everything, every event, every fest.

Another year started, it was her 9^th standard. She got into the school first day, excited to see her classmates and teachers. As the day started she came to know that Pranav was in the other section, sad for him she still managed to get happy because of her another best friend, Pankhuri, she was her best friend in class. They studied together since 4^th standard. She was happy to be with her for once again.

Battle started for once again. This time she was doing really appreciable. She held a grip of her studies and marks this time. There was no one to support her like Pranav tough, but she did very well, because she lived in a way he wanted her to live, he taught her to live.

One day her only male friend, Naman came to her and said, “Pranav met with an accident, he is serious!!”

And she got numb hearing  that. She instantly asked him to tell her more about what happened. And Naman burst into a laugh.

She got furious about the cheap prank he played with her. She scolded him and asked him not to talk to her again ever. But then he told her something that made her day.

Naman said, “hey stupid!! I just wanted to confirm if you had feelings for him or not?”

Although she denied, but somewhere deep inside she couldn’t resist smiling and being her friend Naman caught her. He then told her that Pranav too liked her.

She couldn’t believe and wanted a proof. So Naman told her, “one day we all friends were sitting together, everyone discussing about their girlfriends, and suddenly Pranav shocked us telling he liked you a lot”. And he went.

Butterflies started dancing in her stomach, but yet not sure she wanted to confirm it. The next day she went to Naman to ask about all the stuffs. And he said that Naman wants you to be his girlfriend but that is only after he clears out IIT-JEE. And he wanted her to do the same with him. She was happy just to hear that Pranav too liked her. She too agreed to it as after meeting Pranav she got an aim of going for engineering as her career.

Till 7^th standard she had math anxiety. But after she got in the same section with Pranav she started liking mathematics. As a matter of fact he taught her so well that she decided to make a career opting mathematics as a subject.

And now her aim got a support and stronger determination.

Both of them started their journey together. Although with different supports and guidance but had same aim and determination.........................................
